Biography:
A well-established Seattle attorney and native of the Pacific Northwest, Scott centers his practice primarily on business and real estate transactions, contract negotiation, business formation and organization, estate planning, foreclosure defense, and taxation.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate after attending the Arizona State University College of Law in Tempe and the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Following law school, Scott received his Masters Degree in Tax Law (LL.M.) from the University of Washington to better serve his clients’ business, estate planning, and taxation concerns. He routinely represents homeowners in lender negotiations, foreclosure mediations, and foreclosure litigation.
